Automation system upgrade

The purpose of the project was to replace the old HVAC controller and to upgrade the automation system by installing a new DDC controller in a home engine room while integrating it with the already installed KNX system according to customer requirements.

The application includes a 4-pipe heating system – air conditioning with Domestic Hot Water and pool heating.

4-Pipes Air Handling Unit
Under Floor Heat
Heating and ceiling cooling
Cooling mode with Fan Coil Room
Pool heating
Control – Equipment Management, with Integration Home Automation (KNX) via Loxone MiniServer + Modbus I / O Extensions.
