Automation system upgrade

The purpose of the project was to replace the old HVAC controller and to upgrade the automation system by installing a new DDC controller in a home engine room while integrating it with the already installed KNX system according to customer requirements.
The application includes a 4-pipe heating system – air conditioning with Domestic Hot Water and pool heating.

- LPG boiler
- Air- water Chiller
- Domestic Hot Water Tank
- 4-Pipes Air Handling Unit
- Under Floor Heat
- Heating and ceiling cooling
- Cooling mode with Fan Coil Room
- Pool heating
- Control – Equipment Management, with Integration Home Automation (KNX) via Loxone MiniServer + Modbus I / O Extensions.
