IQ-Buildings is the natural evolution of Kmduct, founded in 2000, which continues to maintain a strong presence in the field of electromechanical projects, specializing in the design and implementation of innovative heating and air conditioning systems.
Over the years, Kmduct, in collaboration with experienced and highly respected engineers and consultants involved in major projects, has developed a high level of expertise and know-how in the implementation of complex heating and air conditioning systems. All solutions are based on national and international standards and are designed according to each client’s needs, aiming for optimal cost efficiency.
At the same time, technologically advanced solutions are proposed to help reduce operating costs while ensuring simplicity and ease of use in every application.

The assignment of the design and implementation of dozens of projects — including luxury residences, hotel facilities, office buildings, and indoor sports arenas — by internationally recognized companies such as MITSUBISHI, ABB, and HITACHI, confirms the company’s strong organizational structure and the reliability of its human resources. Every project is completed with consistency and precision, with a focus on maximum quality and customer benefit.
In 2007, Kmduct, leveraging its expertise, expanded its activities into the construction of automation systems, using Siemens and REGIN DDC controllers for the control of central air conditioning units, boiler rooms, pump stations, and heat pump installations.
In 2014, IQ-Buildings began operating independently in the field of building automation and became certified as a KNX Partner.
Responding to the continuously growing demand for energy efficiency in building infrastructure, IQ-Buildings develops complex and efficient solutions tailored to Greek climate conditions, utilizing high-performance DDC controllers.
Today, IQ-Buildings is one of the key partners of ABB S.A. in the Greek market in the field of automation and energy management systems (BMS & KNX), with active participation in numerous major projects.
